Comfrey promotes healing and bruising of wounds and is an anti-inflammatory.

Arnica helps with pain, bruising and inflammation.

Lavender helps with pain and wound healing.

Calendula is also an anti-inflammatory and promotes skin healing. Coconut oil is an anti-bacterial and moisturizes the skin.

Grapeseed oil reduces inflammation and moisturizes skin, is high in omega 6 and vitamin E.

Hemp oil moisturizes and soothes inflammation, and is high in magnesium, potassium, B1, B2, vitamin E, omega 3 and omega 6.
